Biography
During the 1980s, Adam worked with members of New Model Army whilst gigging and recording with his own groups writing original songs and music. This led to him joining a UK-based band called Asylum. With this band, Adam wrote and recorded 3 albums and went on to tour and record across the UK, Europe and USA.
Next, he recorded an album and gigged with indie/folk singer/songwriter John Forrester (featuring Matt on guitar) and started playing Soul and Funk with Short People and Hi Records tribute 99lbs. He then worked with indie singer/songwriter Mike Halliwell (featuring Matt on bass and Alan on keyboards & saxophone) on his debut album.
Currently, he can be found drumming with The Kickback, The Keith Allen Band, Bidgie Reef and The Gas, Mike Halliwell, Jack Cade and the Everyday Sinners, Da Vinci, The King Earl Boogie Band and The Mick Ralphs Blues Band. He is also in the house band for Reading Jazz Jam at the Global Cafe in Reading and in regular demand to dep for many other groups playing Ska, Jazz, Rock, Soul, Punk, Metal and just about anything else!
In his drumming career he has played venues from 50 - 5000 people including outdoor festivals and recorded in top studios in the UK and USA with professional producers and engineers.
